One scan.
A whole identity.

One identity, reachable three ways: a QR + NFC tag, and — trained specifically for animals — nose-print recognition with live face tracking. Any of them opens the same verified record: guardian, location, vaccination, ABC status, medical history and recovery actions.

Tags can be lost; the animal can’t. Biometrics make the body itself the key — so owned pets and community dogs stay identifiable even without a collar.
